There is no d listing offer as such....if new promoters wanted they had this option when open offer triggered but they did not opt for it means clearly d listing is not in mind as of now....

Offer at per share may not get enough response but the schedule available is tentative and in almost all cases of such mandatory regulatory compliance of open offer , it get delayed ....
