Jet airways is a private company and government cannot go out of the way to bail out, legally so. Yes it should be in NCLT and that is the law, why not ? ( 13 hrs ago )

instead claw back the wealth of the owners created by taking money from the company as profits, dividends, ry, bonus etc because running the business of this size was never within their managerial ability . they experimented with their inefficiency the hard earned money that belongs to the public.
