Vatsal Shah: Dear Sir, this depends on timing of market in todays market lumpsum is good ...maybe 50% lumpsum and 50% SIP..there are many options such as Equity Savings Funds, Balanced Funds, even normal Debt Funds..which will give better returns

Vatsal Shah: Hello - after how many years do you need the amount if you invest such that the value becomes 1.20 crores after that take a monthly amount of 60,000 for the rest of your life it will suffice at 6%

guest: post retirement i require 7.2 lac annually. presently i have 53 lac (principle)in mutual fund(div option), 82 lac in ppf and 20 lac in pf.

Vatsal Shah: Sir, you need to have a retirement corpus of 1.2 crore from which you can get this amount safely, you can withdraw PPF and move it to Mutual Funds - Balanced once it s free and take Systematic withdrawal

Vatsal Shah: Sir, please start SIPs you have many years to live and the corpus should be equal to 20 X your current expenses

guest: i will need rs.6 lac in nov 2019 so ho w much money i have to invested from starting of march 2018.

Vatsal Shah: in 1 year you can expect 12-15% returns so accordingly need to invest almost 30K per month
