| Max Alert Systems to list shares on July 13 |

Max Alert Systems, a Mumbai based project company with focus in areas as diverse as mining, fire fighting systems and telecommunications, will list its equity shares tomorrow (July 13) on BSE SME platform. Company had launched its Rs 8-crore IPO during June 28-July 2, 2012. It was a fixed price issue of Rs 20 a share. Issue proceeds will be used for setting up of crushing plant (with an outlay of Rs 8.6 crore). Comfort Securities Limited is the lead manager to the issue. |
