The relation between the employee and the employer is a two-way 'customer and supplier' relation. The employer demands certain output from the employee, the employer also has certain obligation apart from the ry paid. Continuous upgradations of the skill required for the changing business need is one of the requirement and employers need to organize for this.Unfortunately, in many organizations this is unheard. Those who provide such training either fails to recognise the right course or the right candidate. When thrust upon the management nepotism gets in selecting the candidate.
Asking to perform without real training required for the job, will end up with degradation of service quality and with attrition. ( 4 days ago )

Unless otherwise the process reskillng would be adopted in all sectors more particularly in the political sector, then all reskilling effects would be null and void with respect to the overall Nation. This fact is well known to politicians and their main motive is that the reskilling process must not be applicable to their lobby. ( 4 days ago )
