Narasimha Jayakumar : Banking on close proximity to Sanganer Airport and railway station and Sitapura industrial area, Jagatpura is an upcoming location in the south-eastern part of Jaipur. The location has become a residential hotspot in the last few years. You bought an apartment when `asks` were very low. Apartments now in this belt are priced in the range of Rs 2,800 - 3,300 per sq ft. The market is in an uncertain mode right now due to multiple reforms starting with demonetisation last year to RERA and now GST. Hence, it is difficult to predict the appreciation. Also, you may not find many buyers in the market right now. However, since you are willing to wait for 3 years or more, chances of growth are high.
